Dr. Kandis Garland
Registered Dental Hygienist
Dr. Kandis Garland has been a dental hygienist for 27 years, and has worked as a dental hygiene educator for the past 22 years. She is currently the Dental Hygiene Program Manager at CEI and is joining Choice Dental on a part-time basis providing dental hygiene services on evenings and Saturdays.
Kandis graduated with a Bachelors in Dental Hygiene (’98) and a Masters in Dentistry (’07) from the University of Minnesota, and a Doctor of Health Sciences in March 2025 from A.T. Still University. She enjoys helping patients achieve oral health and wellness.
Rachelle Williams
Registered Dental Hygienist
Rachelle has been a practicing dental hygienist for 24 years and an educator in the field for the past 12 years. She currently serves as Dental Hygiene Faculty at the College of Eastern Idaho and is excited to join Choice Dental on a part-time basis.
Rachelle earned her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene (2001) and Master of Science in Dental Hygiene (2015) from Idaho State University. She values the versatility of the dental hygiene profession, which has allowed her to provide oral health care in many settings—as a clinician, educator, researcher and published author. Above all, she loves being part of a dental team and delivering high-quality care to patients.
